Tony Lines has over 23 years experience in the theme park industry, he started work as a Training Co-ordinator at Warner Bros. Movie World and has held management positions in Human Resources and Entertainment since then. He currently provides HR advice for 9 sites including theme parks and attractions, water parks, a resort and a movie studio within Village Roadshow Theme Parks, which employs over 3,000 team members. He has worked in Human Resources for over 30 years and served on the board of the Australian Amusement, Leisure and Recreation Association (AALARA) for sixteen years and held the position of President for two years. Tony has had a long association with IAAPA as a Trainer / Speaker, served on the IAAPA Education Committee and is now a member of the HR Committee.
