Main Event Vice President of Operations Wayne Stancil is a veteran executive with over 35 years of proven experience achieving revenue growth goals within multi-unit and high-volume restaurant operations. In his current role, Stancil leads all aspects of operations, with direct oversight of all center team members, training, development, new center openings and maintaining quality cost control measures. Stancil’s key accomplishments include leading more than 200 operations support team members through enhanced training and service standards, re-defining execution practices and delivering strong revenue performance across all centers.
