Bryan has been with SeaWorld Parks & Entertainment for 20 years; a native of Virginia he served in the United States Navy prior to his time with Busch Gardens Williamsburg & Water Country USA. In Williamsburg Bryan held the positions of Culinary & Merchandise Director as well as Operations Director at Water Country USA. In 2004 he assumed a corporate role as the project manager for the guest arrival systems and oversaw the replacement of several touch points and selling system used at the front gates of the parks. These included the some of the first self-service kiosks, new point of sale systems for tolls, tickets and passes, and the replacement of the turnstile systems. Bryan returned to the parks in 2007 as the opening director of operations at Aquatica – SeaWorld’s Waterpark, and in 2011 he was promoted to Vice President. In this session Bryan will be sharing his experiences with alternative payment methods introduced to Aquatica several years ago and how the team has grown this payment method to a guest centered and convenient program.
