Leslie Neyland is a native of Toledo, OH where she obtained her doctoral degree in counselor education and supervision from the University of Toledo. Dr. Neyland is an Ohio licensed professional school counselor, an Ohio licensed professional counselor, National Certified Counselor and a 2014-2015 NBCC Minority Fellow. She has years of experience working with children and adolescents in both the school and clinical setting and has taught a number of counseling classes at both the undergraduate and graduate level. Dr. Neyland is a member of the American Counseling Association, the Association for Counselor Education and Supervision, the North Central Association of Counselor Education and Supervision, the Ohio Counseling Association, the Ohio School Counseling Association and currently serves as secretary for the Ohio Association of Counselor Education and Supervision. Dr. Neyland is currently an assistant professor in the school counseling program at Wright State University. Her research interests include supervision, multicultural issues, and school counselor training.
