Katie Fields, EdS., LMHC is a doctoral student in Counselor Education at the University of Florida. She is also a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and a Registered Marriage and Family Therapy Intern. Katie earned her MEd. EdS. and BA from the University of Florida and practices Developmental Trauma-Focused Therapy in Gainesville, FL. Katie is also the Managing Director of the River Phoenix Center for Peacebuilding, a nonprofit committed to enriching the lives of individuals, families, and communities by providing and promoting the best practices and principles of peacebuilding and global sustainability.
