Emi Lenes, LMHC, LMFT, NCC is a doctoral student who greatly enjoys facilitating experiential activities in multiple graduate/undergraduate courses related to healthcare and mental health. She is an approved supervisor for both MH and MFT registered interns. She is currently in her second year of Somatic Experiencing Trauma Resolution training. Emi also works full time as a counselor and supervisor at an alternative school for underprivileged adolescent females. Additionally, for 8 years, Emi implemented music and healing activities at an inpatient psychiatric hospital. Her research interests include mindfulness, connection, empathy and embodied healing.
