Catherine Y. Chang (Catharina), Ph.D., LPC, NCC, CPCS  is a professor at Georgia State University and program coordinator for the Counselor Education and Practice doctoral program. She is the director of International Programs for the College of Education and Human Development. Currently, she is the president of the Association for Multicultural Counseling and Development. Her areas of interest include social and professional advocacy, supervision, and working with Korean and Asian American clients.
