Chuck Bean
The Martec Group
Chuck Bean is a Partner with The Martec Group. Based in Detroit, Chuck leads the automotive practice for Martec covering clients within all segments of the automotive OE and aftermarket spaces. Over his 25 years in the market research and consulting business, Chuck has served clients within accessories, tools & equipment, diagnostics, repair information & shop management solutions, information/software and a wide variety of components/parts suppliers. Chuck heads up Martec’s voice of customer practice area, regularly conducting branding, behavioral segmentation, loyalty and satisfaction measurement analyses on an ongoing basis for his core clientele. He is an experienced focus group moderator, having conducted hundreds of focus groups and thousands of in-depth interviews, usability sessions, product clinics, etc., for clients in the U.S. and abroad. As part of his duties at The Martec Group Chuck also serves as the Chief Marketing Officer.
