As Director, Product Development for the Command and Control Technologies Group at Comtech TCS, Erik Wallace is responsible for the development of cyber training products to include PerformanScore®, CYBRScore™ and Workforce Assessment solutions. PerformanScore is a performance-based learning tool that uniquely and adaptively measures performance skills across a range of credible responses to a defined set of tasks. The tool assesses a student’s actions against grading criteria, using an adaptive scoring rubric. Mr. Wallace is a member of Cellular Telecommunications Internet Association (CTIA)’s Cybersecurity Working Group, which addresses cybersecurity best practices and collaborates with government and industry, facilitating innovation and cooperation on advanced countermeasures to evolving threats. Mr. Wallace is a sought after speaker regarding the security of public safety communication infrastructure, application testing, and cyber security. Mr Wallace holds membership in the following professional organizations: • Member, CSRIC V Working Group 7 – Cyber Security • Member, InfraGard Maryland Members Alliance • Member, IEEE Computer Science chapter, Security and Privacy • Member, APCO International • Member, CRTC, Cyber Security Working Group Erik holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from the Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology and an M.S. in Electrical Engineering from Clemson University. He holds eleven U.S. patents in the areas of messaging and telecommunications.
