Mr. Dukes retired in December, 2025. His career spans 30+ years in property operations and asset management. While he worked in all property types, he found healthcare real estate to be rewarding, and a match for his passion for serving others. His leadership experience includes several great organizations —Healthpeak Properties, Physicians Realty Trust (DOC), and Carter. His leadership experience with BOMA includes service as Chair and Chief Elected Officer of BOMA International from 2021 – 2022. Prior to becoming Chair, he was named a BOMA Fellow, served a two-year term on the Executive Committee of BOMA International, is a past president of BOMA Georgia, and served two terms on the Southern Region Board of Directors. A graduate of the Moore School of Business at the University of South Carolina, he resides in Atlanta
