Brenna is an internationally recognized leader in the commercial real estate industry. In 2014, she founded Corporate Sustainability Strategies (CSS), a firm that helps clients develop and execute strategies in areas of real estate operations, asset management, and sustainability. Her experience includes roles as Head of Property Operations and Portfolio Manager, providing strategic leadership for national, multi-sector real estate portfolios. She served on former California Governor Schwarzenegger’s Real Estate Leadership Council and has testified before Congress on issues of energy efficiency and sustainability. She is former chair and chief elected officer for BOMA and was the first woman to serve as chair in BOMA’s history. She is a founding leader and developer of BOMA’s Energy Efficiency Program. An accomplished author, speaker, and instructor, Brenna enjoys helping teams be the best they can be. She holds a B.A. in Economics and MBA from University of Southern California.
