Michael Zatz is a manager with the U.S. EPA’s ENERGY STAR® Commercial Buildings Program. Mr. Zatz oversees activities aimed at improving the energy efficiency of all commercial buildings and is responsible for oversight of ENERGY STAR’s Portfolio Manager® benchmarking tool. Portfolio Manager is used by over 500,000 buildings across the U.S. and Canada to evaluate their energy and water use, as well as waste generation and management.
