Dr. Hall is a senior technical fellow at L3T with 18 years of military and commercial communications experience. Prior to joining L3T, Dr. Hall received his Ph.D. from the University of Virginia with a focus in digital communications. After working 3 years in commercial fixed wireless industry, Dr. Hall has spent the last 15 years developing and fielding wideband high-capacity and protected satcom technology, including experience with systems such as AEHF and PTW/PATS. In his current role, Dr. Hall acts as the chief engineer for L3T Communications Systems West for protected satcom with Air Force, Navy and Army responsibilities.
