Andy Lincoln

Mr. Andy Lincoln has over 30 years’ experience in satellite and wireless communications, including 20 years at ViaSat. Andy has worked on a variety of wireless and satellite communications technologies for Defense and Commercial markets, focusing on waveform, modem, and network technology development. Andy has focused on high performance SATCOM modems and terminals for the US DoD, NATO, and Allied markets to deliver high-speed, protected, and situational awareness capabilities. Current efforts are focused on adapting ViaSat’s high capacity satellite technology to deliver orders of magnitude improvements in speed, capacity, and protection to Warfighters on land, air, and sea. He holds Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in electrical engineering from the University of Michigan and the University of California San Diego, respectively.
