Dr. Dan Mingle is a family physician, educator, informaticist, and entrepreneur. Trained at Jefferson Medical College, he has a second advanced degree from The Dartmouth Institute in the measurement and improvement of healthcare. Prior to his current entrepreneurial endeavors, Dr Mingle served as a private practitioner, group practice owner and leader, and health system executive. He served as residency faculty, with an appointment in Dartmouth’s Department of Community and Family Medicine. He led the implementation and support of Electronic Health Record for the third largest health system in Maine where he was principal investigator for an AHRQ funded EMR Implementation Grant. Dr. Mingle currently serves as Executive Chairman of Mingle Health. The company provides products and services to help providers and practices thrive in Value Based Health Care. Dr. Mingle has provided quality reporting submissions to Medicare since 2008, most recently as MIPS Solutions™. He has been the principal architect for 9 Registry Reporting Systems. A recognized thought leader in quality reporting and healthcare delivery, Dr Mingle speaks frequently to national and regional audiences.
