Jenny Morales, SHRM-SCP, GBA, Human Resources Manager, joined the Human Resources team at MGMA in 2007. In her current position, Jenny is responsible for managing and supporting HR programs, practices, and policies in the areas of talent acquisition, compensation and benefits administration, retention and engagement, employee relations, and compliance. Jenny has a passion for providing Human Resources leadership, building great teams and relationships, and influencing a culture of engagement where employees can flourish. Jenny received her Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the University of Iowa with an emphasis in Marketing. Jenny earned her Group Benefits Associate Designation through the International Foundation of Employee Benefits Plans and the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. She also holds her certification of SHRM-SCP from the Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM) and is a member of the national and local chapter.
