As the Regulatory Compliance Advisor at DataFile Technologies, Kathryn Ayers Wickenhauser, MBA, CHPC, CHTS, is a sought-after speaker, trainer, consultant and thought leader on HIPAA, MACRA / MIPS, and interoperability. Kathryn enjoys sharing practical advice and best practices with healthcare professionals, including office managers, administrators, HIM managers, compliance officers, healthcare providers and office staff.
With a passion to assist providers and their organizations through pay-for-performance hurdles, she’s coached more than 3,000 providers to earn in excess of $45 million in government healthcare incentives and avoid more than $20 million in costly financial penalties. Additionally, Kathryn has coached 50 providers of varying specialties through successful responses to their Meaningful Use Audits and retaining their MU funds.
