Andrew L. Davis has served in financial, operations and executive leadership roles for more than a decade. As Chief Operating Officer of Erie County Medical Center (ECMC), Andy plays a key role in the development and execution of future activities throughout the system of care. He brings a depth and wealth of experience that contributes significantly to the delivery of health care services in the Erie County community. Previously, he served as the Interim Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of United Medical Center. Andrew also has served as the President of Steward Carney Hospital in Boston, Massachusetts where he managed the operations of a 159 – bed academic teaching hospital that included an internal medicine residency program and a new family medicine residency program focusing on population health disparities and prevention management. Prior to Steward Carney Hospital, Davis was CEO of Davis Regional Medical Center in Statesville, North Carolina; CEO of Sandhills Regional Medical Center in Hamlet, North Carolina; Chief Financial Officer of Crawford Memorial Hospital in Van Buren, Arkansas and a senior executive at other healthcare organizations.
