Debra has a passion for helping medical practices be effective businesses. She is a founder of V2V Management Solutions, a company committed to transforming the care delivery model. Through her lengthy career, she has gained a wide array of medical group administration experience in large and small organizations, private, public and hospital based in both rural and metropolitan medical settings. Her focus has been on helping organizations move through change, frequently in an interim executive or mentoring role. Through V2V Management Solutions, she has returned to her desire to help physicians and healthcare systems navigate the many challenges of medical care delivery bringing Vision to Value through assessments, planning, implementations, interim and mentoring support. She is a Past Chair of the MGMA Board of Directors. She has a BSc degree in Healthcare Administration and is a board certified Fellow in the American College of Medical Practice Executives. She is a certificated facilitator for strategic planning and workflow design. Debra enjoys speaking with physicians and practice administrators regarding the many challenges of the current health care business environment, sharing insights, tools and resources garnered throughout her career.
