Cris Eugster is responsible for the operations of CPS Energy’s power generation and electric delivery businesses that encompass over 7500MW of generation capacity, 12,600 miles of electrical distribution, and 1,500 miles of electrical transmission serving our region’s nearly 2 million residents. CPS Energy is a leader in renewables with over 1700MW of solar and wind resources in its portfolio, in addition to large scale customer-centric energy efficiency and demand response programs. Cris’ leadership has driven the transformation of CPS Energy into an innovative, forward thinking utility that is helping to decarbonize the electric system and support new products and services for our customers. Eugster was formerly a Partner with McKinsey and Company. He has a Bachelor of Science from Texas A&M University, and a Master of Science and Doctorate from MIT – all in Electrical Engineering.
