Dr. Jouni Peppanen is a Senior Technical Leader at Electric Power Research Institute, where he researches advanced methods for power distribution system modeling, simulation, planning and operations with high penetrations of DER. Dr. Peppanen has a Ph.D. degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering and a M.S. degree in Operations Research from Georgia Tech, and more than 10 years of research experience.
