Dr. Paul Ohodnicki Graduated with a BS in Engineering Physics from the University of Pittsburgh and an MS / PhD in Materials Science and Engineering from Carnegie Mellon University. He leads a portfolio of projects at the National Energy Technology Laboratory including a suite of sensing technology development efforts for energy infrastructure monitoring spanning natural gas infrastructure, power generation, and electrical grid asset monitoring with a particular emphasis on distributed optical fiber based sensing technologies. He has been the recipient of a number of early career awards including the Presidential Early Career Award in Science and Engineering in 2016.
