Todd Taylor has been in the fire service for more than 33 years and is a rescue team member with IN-TF1, the lead instructor of the FDIC Heavy Truck Extrication cadre, and the chief officer of Advanced Rescue Solutions LLC. He was instrumental in the founding and startup of the Fishers (IN) Fire Department Technical Rescue Team in 1995 and has been involved in technical rescue 30 years.
