Diploma as fuel engineering engineer at technical university Aachen 1984, doctorate at technical university Munich in 2006 beside regular business. More than 20 years experience in one of the largest private power generation companies in Germany as leading project manager, generation expert, technical and organization controller, business unit generation representative; national and international benchmark expert of generation, member of organization committee at restructuration and foundation of national and international energy companies. 10 years leading manager of a large peak load power plant in Bavaria (840 MW net). Restructuration and realizing a total retrofit of two bivalent (gas and oil fired) units consisting of 1 gas turbine, 5 cooling towers, complete control system including field. Foundation of a FGD specialized engineering bureau in 1992 additionally to main business. In 2014 concentration on free engineer as expert for all questions within generation, transmission, project organization and energy economical issues; main projects: developing a (realized) solution against emission of acid particles at a chemistry site power plant, economical and technical evaluation of a retrofit of the power, heat and cold energy system of a chemistry location in Bavaria. Expert report about actual and lifetime total and production costs of a new large power plant in Northern Germany. Several years as consultant and external expert for energy economics and project development at an international transmission grid company.
