Mr. Paul holds a degree in Physics and in Engineering Mechanics. A Licensed Professional Engineer, he is a Fellow of ASCE, and a Life Member of USSD. With over 40 years of experience in Hydroelectric, Dam, and Spillway projects, Mr. Paul has been involved in the installation of more than 40,000 MW of new hydroelectric capacity in roles ranging from junior engineer to project manager.
