P. Neubauer holds PhD and MSc degrees in Mechanical Engineering from Gdansk University of Technology in Poland. Since 2011 he has worked as a development engineer at GE’s technology department for hydro generators in Switzerland. His main research areas are hydrodynamic bearing simulations and measurements, rotor-dynamics and general mechanical calculations of hydro generator components.
