Julie joined Tacoma Power’s Strategic Asset Management team in 2017, with a focus on identifying and building the expertise needed to make the best decisions around asset care. She gained an appreciation for the importance of information sharing in prior roles uncovering trends in international web traffic for Expedia, Inc., and analyzing terrorism threats for the United States Air Force. Julie holds a Master’s Degree in Data Analytics and is certified in both Knowledge and Change Management.
