Rajesh Dham is a Technology Manager in the Wind and Water Power Technologies Offoce of the Office of Energy Efficiency and Renewable Energy at the U.S. Department of Energy. He is a Registered Professional Engineer with postgraduate degrees in the fields of structural and hydraulic engineering. He has more than 30 years of experience in planning, designing and providing consultation services for major water resources projects around the world.
