Tracy Anderson-Butler, CRDH, MFT, has 25 years of experience in the dental industry. She is a RDH, thought leader, motivational speaker, sales leader and coach, and change agent. She believes the key to every successful treatment outcome begins with an accurate assessment that leads to a codiagnosis between the patient and dental team. Tracy’s commitment to ultimate patient care led her to pursue a career in implant and regenerative dentistry with Straumann USA. She was appointed national director of hygiene education and professional relations in 2013, and is proud to lead the Straumann initiative for elevating dental hygienists throughout North America.
