Dr. Johnston established a private practice immediately upon graduating dental school, with one operatory and one team member. Now the practice has 16 chairs, and a team of 30 (with an average tenure of 12 years). Currently working with 11 hygienists (including his first hygienist) gives Dr. Johnston a unique perspective on what it takes to enjoy working TOGETHER with the hygiene team.
