Staci Stout, RDH, BS is a leader, an educator, and an advocate. She was President of the UDHA when Utah became a direct access state. She is passionate about teaching. She cares for the underserved, creating public health dental hygiene clinics and providing dental care to those in need locally and in other areas of the world. She believes access to oral healthcare should be available to everyone.
