Jonathan Pecora leads the Talent and Culture team for CSD, the largest non-profit in the world supporting the deaf and hard of hearing community. Over his three-year tenure with the organization, Jonathan has been involved in various high-impact organizational initiatives including the transition of its global headquarters from South Dakota to Texas, the full virtualization of its administrative team, and the implementation of new and progressive team member programs including unlimited paid time off and the ability of team members to work anywhere in the world. Prior to CSD, Jonathan operated an organizational development and HR consulting practice and for 10+ years held HR positions in educational, staffing and governmental organizations. Jonathan earned both Bachelors’ and Masters’ degrees in Austin, Texas where he currently resides.
