Kate Bravery, Global Leader for Mercer, is responsible for Mercer’s Advisory Solutions and Insight team. In addition, Bravery is the lead for Mercer’s annual Global Talent Trends Study, which this year features insights from over 7,000 C-suite executives, HR leaders and employees, as well as Mercer’s newest thinking into hot topics such as drivers of the Employee Experience and incentivizing for success in an agile world. Previously Bravery led Mercer’s Talent practices and has been a Human Capital Business Leader in Greater China. She has over 20 years’ experience in the Human Capital field across four continents with expertise in Workforce Strategies and redesigning the Employee Experience. Bravery has a deep interest in human decision making, employee motivation and cross-cultural RM practice. She is a UK-Chartered Occupational Psychologist with an MSc. in Organizational Psychology and an MBA.
