Karen Webster serves as the Chief Financial Officer for Newco Enterprises, a leading manufacturer of coffee, tea, and beverage equipment. For more than 30 years with Newco, Karen has been actively involved in all aspects of Finance and Human Resources leadership. Newco's presence as a leading innovator in beverage solutions and equipment design has provided Karen the opportunity to work with OCS and Vending Operators to understand their business needs and create unique finance programs to facilitate their growth and success. Karen's passion for people expanded her role at Newco to create employee health and wellness programs and further develop the company’s community involvement. Karen serves on the NAMA Board of Directors and participates on the Coffee Service Committee, WIN, and various government advocacy efforts. With the enormous expansion of broadened beverage and recipe selections in the coffee industry, coupled with the world's continued focus on healthy food and beverage consumption, Karen was inspired to learn more about the benefits of consuming healthy beverages, including wine. Knowing that a large percentage of morning coffee drinkers also enjoyed their evening glass of vino, Karen’s search began to find a healthier wine solution. In her spare time, Karen represents Scout and Cellar, a Texas based company, whose founder has pioneered a thriving “clean-crafted” wine movement during the past year and promotes the consumption of healthy wines sourced from all over the world.
