Joy Habian is the Vice President of Marketing for The Durst Organization where she oversees marketing, branding and related design activities for the company’s commercial and residential portfolio. Prior to joining The Durst Organization, Joy served in numerous marketing roles including Director of Marketing and Communications at Jonathan Rose Companies and Director of Communications at Costas Kondylis and Partners. In addition to being a former Chairperson of the AIA NYC Chapter’s Marketing and Public Relations Committee, Joy has written extensively on marketing and branding for architects and real estate professionals. Joy holds a Masters in Architecture from the Harvard University Graduate School of Design and a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Environmental Design from Parsons School of Design.
