Cindy is a Fellow in the Building Technologies Office of DOE, working with commercial real estate partners through the Better Buildings Initiative. She leads efforts aimed at properly valuing energy efficient technologies and high performance buildings and market transformation of the real estate industry. Cindy has a MS in Environmental Policy & Sustainability Management and a BS in Biological Sciences.
