Keri serves as Building Services Sales Leader North America for Trane, headquartered in Davidson, NC. Keri is responsible for growing, managing, and facilitating services sales solutions for the Trane field sales organization and clients across North America. Additionally, she develops national partnerships to expand, engage, and promote Trane’s customer focused products and services. She has held several roles at Trane including the Director of Strategic Sales for CRE and, as the vertical market leader for CRE, helped guide product development and innovation for the industry. Keri has been an active member of BOMA since 2010 and most recently has been honored as a BOMA Fellow. Keri is an active supporter of the annual Women’s breakfast and is the immediate past Chair of the BOMA International Community Service Committee. Her current BOMA memberships include BOMA International, BOMA Indianapolis, and BOMA Fort Lauderdale and the Palm Beaches.
