With more than 25 years working in various aspects of industrial and commercial real estate, Vicki Stevens joined DCT Industrial Trust in 2014 to lead the company’s property management group for their Central region. Vicki currently oversees an industrial portfolio of just under 30 million square feet. Prior to her current role at DCT Industrial, she managed portfolios for various REITS, institutional owners, and in the private sector, where she grew her teams through mentoring and leadership. Over the course of her career, Vicki held various management positions encompassing construction management, financial analysis, leasing, debt restructuring and client relationship management. Vicki has been involved in both BOMA and IREM, holding both the RPA and CPM designations. Vicki strongly advocates cross-training amongst the property management team, creating departmental standards and constantly looking for areas in which to create efficiencies, which she considers to be essential in running a top-notch property management organization. Starting in mid-2018, Vicki will be heading up the National Industrial Committee for BOMA International.
