Michelle German has extensive experience in operations, sustainability and property management. With over 15 years in the commercial real estate industry, she leads LBA’s ESG strategy. Her work includes managing data, improving energy efficiency, overseeing decarbonization projects, updating buildings with new technologies and assessing climate risks. She supports diversity and inclusion in CRE and is part of the LBA Foundation Committee. LBA is recognized for its energy efficiency efforts and has received certifications like ENERGY STAR, BOMA 360, LEED and Fitwel.
