Francesca Spinelli works with building owners and asset managers to improve the performance of buildings in NYC by creating and sustaining safe, comfortable and energy efficient environments. She has bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and is pursuing a Master of Business Administration degree from New York University. A LEED Green Associate, she and has received numerous awards for her dedication to enhancing her client's businesses.
