Education Brett has a Bachelors of Business Administration, Marketing from The University of Georgia – Terry College of Business in Athens, Georgia Experience Brett possesses nearly fifteen (15) years of experience in sales and operations within the commercial real estate industry. Brett takes a proactive role while assisting clients achieve their sustainability objectives. He works closely with clients to develop custom sustainability programs for both New and Existing Buildings over a variety of different platforms (i.e.: LEED, WELL, & ENERGY STAR). Since joining SIG in 2016, Brett has implemented sustainability initiatives with some of the largest, most reputable real estate firms to include: Hines, SL Green, and PMRG to name a few. Mr. Rockman has established himself as a leader in commercial real estate. In 2018, he was selected to be on the BOMA Georgia Board of Directors. Brett has received several awards while serving at BOMA Georgia. The honors include the 2012 BOMA Young Professional of the Year Award and 2018 Committee Chair of the Year (Professional Development Committee) Award.
