Stefana is a Senior Workplace Strategist at CallisonRTKL, where she works at the intersection of design and research to create workplaces that enhance performance, innovation, and well-being. Focusing on the impact of the built environment on human behavior, Stefana leads Workplace Strategy and Change Management projects that enable organizations to better support their business goals, financial agendas, culture, and growth. Stefana has worked with variety of clients including ExxonMobil, Rolls-Royce, Under Armour, and a range of federal agencies including the U.S. Department of Justice, U.S Department of Health and Human Services, and the Presidential Transition Team. She has spoken at a variety of industry events including IFMA World Workplace, NeoCon East, and Work Design Magazine’s speaker series.
