Leveraging 48 years of experience in commercial real estate, Mr. Ulrich leads an internal team responsible for providing corporate vision and strategic leadership to Hines operations and engineering services, inclusive of establishing standards and assessing performance and compliance with the firm’s operational standards as the underpinning to the firm’s asset operational optimization and risk mitigation. Under his Global Sustainability Officer role, Mr. Ulrich is responsible for leading Hines Environmental strategy and execution, inclusive of Hines Carbon Reduction Strategy.
