Connie Huffa is CEO of Fabdesigns, Inc and a distinguished leader in product development, design, and strategic sourcing with over two decades of experience in the textile and materials engineering industry. As the founder of Fabdesigns Inc., Connie has spearheaded numerous successful initiatives across various sectors including 3D Flyknit footwear, performance apparel, automotive, aerospace, and medical textiles. Her expertise in materials engineering, design, and business strategy has consistently enhanced team performance, boosted sales, cultivated vendor partnerships, and improved operational efficiency and sustainability. Connie's professional journey includes notable roles such as Senior Soft Goods Engineer at Össur Americas, where she led cross-functional teams in developing innovative medical textiles and improving manufacturing processes. At Pelican Products Inc., she pioneered the hybrid soft goods/hard goods product line, setting new industry benchmarks. Her tenure at both Shell Oil and Kraco Enterprises saw her leading the development and launch of a record number of products, significantly enhancing the company's market presence. In addition to her industry roles, Connie has made significant contributions as an educator, serving as an Adjunct Professor in the Master of Textiles program at Thomas Jefferson University.
