Jennifer Paske has worked for Waterstone Mortgage Corporation for over three years as their corporate’s Human Resources Manager. Waterstone Mortgage Corporation has over 800+ employees, in addition to their corporate office in Wisconsin; they are in 23+ other states. Jennifer oversees the HR department that covers; Payroll, Benefits, On-Boarding and Employee Relations. She has been instrumental in the transition of HRIS systems to Ultimate Software from their previous provider. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Communications from UW-Whitewater and was an Army Reservist for 8 years.
