Robert Perkins is a human resources executive with global experience and expertise in building leadership and organizational capability, and currently serves as the Vice President of Global Talent Management at Foot Locker, Inc. He’s had proven success in collaborating with CEOs, board of directors, and executives to deliver integrated talent management solutions focused on strategic business alignment. Robert is widely known as a pragmatist who can translate theory into actionable results, and for providing leadership in all aspects of human resources. Robert’s scope of responsibilities includes leadership development, succession planning, employee engagement, learning and development, organizational capability building, diversity management and providing talent solutions for recruiting and employment branding. Prior to Foot Locker, Robert has held various HR leadership positions with Burger King, Sony, Time Warner, Altria/(Philip Morris), Kraft Foods, Avon Products and Procter & Gamble.
