Jeff Poulard is a member of the athletics department’s senior administrative staff and responsible for overseeing all areas of compliance operations for Xavier Athletics. In addition to his compliance role he also serves as the advisor for Xavier SAAC. Prior to his promotion to assistant athletic director for compliance in August of 2017, he served as director of compliance from 2015 to 2017. Poulard came to Xavier from Maryland where he spent two years as the assistant director of compliance. Prior to that he served the 2012-13 year as the athletic compliance coordinator and academic monitor at Howard University and spent six months as a athletic compliance graduate assistant at William and Mary earlier in 2012. Poulard has also gained additional experience in Office of Legal Affairs at the NCAA, the Atlantic 10 Conference Office, and the National Football League. Poulard, graduated from American University in 2008 with a bachelor’s degree in justice and history, then earned his law degree from The William and Mary School of Law in 2012.
