Kristia Worthy currently serves as the Associate Director of Academic Services for Athletics at the University of Louisville and is the advisor of the minority student-athlete organization S.C.O.R.E. She is a member of the Athletics Department Diversity and Inclusion Committee which develops the department’s D&I strategic plan and educational opportunities for staff and student-athletes. Recently, she became the chair of the Professional Development Committee which will oversee the training and development of the Athletics Department’s 300+ employees. She is a Huddle Up facilitator which leverages the transcendent power of sport to prevent gender violence and a constant presenter at the state, regional, and national level.
