A 15-year veteran of the Tennessee Athletics Department. Delaney started as a freshman student worker, onto graduate assistant before joining the full-time ranks in 2004. Currently responsible for oversight of all aspects of the Tennessee Athletic Marketing and Fan Experience department. Day to day developing and implement efforts for Integrated Marketing, Sales, Fan Atmosphere, Brand communication/Protection, Corporate Partnership Negotiation/Development/Activation, Data Strategy, Digital Marketing, Gameday Fan Experience, Game Production, Graphic Design/Content Creation, Licensed Properties and Retail Operations.
