In 2017, Cynthia Sharpe and Nicola Rossini cofounded Harriet B's Daughters on the premise that by creating more inclusive and equitable workspaces, our creative products would in turn become more inclusive, diverse, equitable, and accessible. HBD is dedicated to changing the face of themed entertainment through mentorship, coaching, speaking opportunities, IDEA materials for universities and employers, and more.
